What are Garden Herbs?
Herbs refer to plants that are used for flavoring in cooking, as fragrance in aromatherapy, or as natural medicines. Typically, the leaves of the plant are used for cooking and can be used fresh or dried. Herbs are also used in making herbal teas. There are both annual and perennial herbs.
