Hanging Tire Planter Adds WOW to the Garden

This amazing DIY Hanging Tire Planter is the brainchild of Roeshel at DIY ShowOff. She used Valspar paint in Exotic Sea for the tire and filled it with petunias to create a charming hanging planter. You could, of course, choose any color you wish and fill it with your choice of flowers - but I'm absolutely in love with her selection.
