Reflections in Raindrops - Winter Blooms

If you are anything like I am, you are probably beginning to miss the beauty of summer. I always feel sad when winter arrives and the outside world seems to go on hiatus. I miss green-growing things, bright flowers and the buzz of summer insects. I was especially sad to see it go this year because I have recently taken up photography and enjoy taking photos of flowers and insects. 

But, as with all things, there is often beauty where you least expect to find it. I look these photos the other day after the rain and must admit they are every bit as beautiful as summer flowers. I thought I would share them with you today as we head into Christmas week.
